What are some "good luck" plants to keep around the house?

I am not looking for anything pricey or exotic. Plus I don't have a green thumb so I don't want anything too hard to care for.

I am just looking for a small simple plant to have, especially something associated with good fortune. I hear a lot of Asian people talk about lucky plants and I am interested.

chinese bamboo. They are very cheap and all you need to do is add water to the rocks when it is low. Low maintenance and good luck, they sprout like nobodys bizness. you can get one for $5 almost anywhere. My local albertsons sells them even.
Reply:How about an Aloe Vera plant. It may not bring good luck, but if you get burned you can break open a leaf and spread the jel on the burn.
Reply:A jade plant is a good luck plant. Easy to care for too.
Reply:Bamboo...But be sure there is enough room in the pot or w/e for the roots to grow otherwise it will die quickly...do not put it in dirt either...marbles or stones are good though!
Reply:Jade, bamboo stalks both easy to care for.
Reply:the bamboo plant is lucky. plus all it needs is water, and it grows.
