Has anyone used garlic powder to stop mold growing in house plants?

Or, any suggestions on stopping the mold from growing. I live in a very cool, humid enviroment, so things don't get a chance to dry out. Thanks

thats a thought, but try kelp--ground kelp--mix it up with water (to the color of light tea) then spray it on--it worked for me-- and if that dont work get some sort of strong light and shine it on the plant (i light that procuduces a lot heat) that might help
Reply:did it work?

also, this is somthing that really works, buy and ozone machine (their expensive) and it will kill mold and it doesnt come back. (ozone kills bacteria and mold 1000 times faster than bleach) Report Abuse
Reply:No but if you have a home depot near you. go to the inpesticide/fertilizer section and you will find a systemic for plant mold that will work for plant mold. there will be other products but request a systemic if they have one.
