Reply:Yes many plants are poisonous to cats. A good rule is anything you wouldn't let your kid eat, don't let your cat eat. Hanging plants from the ceiling makes them harder to get to. I gave up and got rid of all house plants but a cactus. It can defend it self.
Reply:aleo vera, we figured that out and now we have it in a high place to they cant get to it

Reply:You might want to ask your vet. But, the only plant that I'm aware of that is toxic to a cat is a poinsettia...but they only sell them during the holidays! Just do a search for plants that are harmful/toxic to animals....you should be able to find an informative site!
Reply:i know poinsettas are poisoness but thats for around xmasime.. really you should just search on google or yahoo and it will tell you.
Reply:R.E Taylor has the list I would go with that.
Reply:Most plants are poisonous.

Fortunately, cats aren't generally inclined to eat most plants.
Reply:Go to www.hsus.org and click on Pet Care, then scroll down and click on Protect Your Pet from Household Dangers. Within this article is a link to a list of poisonous plants. If you don't know what your plants are, you might take some photos of them and bring them to a local garden center so they can identify them for you.
