How do i get rid of these littles flies that come out of my house plants dirt?

thats nasty....throw the plants outside...yuck

How do i get rid of these littles flies that come out of my house plants dirt?
stop feeding them they will go away.

Reply:repot the plant....wash the pot with soapy water and rinse the plant well and plant again...vacuum the area where the plant was
Reply:fly traps;cut into peaces and put in your plants nontoxic way.they also have a spray for gnats at the home improvement store.gnats are coming from over watering.get rid of any standing watter,and let dry before watering.
