Do having plants in your home, keep the house cooler?

Plants are mainly for oxygen replacement in the winter time. They also can absorb ozone, and other pollutants such as radon gasses (I believe its in this months THIS OLD HOUSE Magazine that addresses this).

They are astetic and pleasing to look at, and have a calming effect by putting "green" in the house.

I wish you well..
