Automatic watering system for hanging plants?

Is there a tip or some kind of device that I can find at Home Depot or Lowes that I can screw onto a water bottle to put in with our house plants? i don't know about the availability at the home stores but most landscape centers sell automatic feeders. small decorative ceramic figurines that you fill with water and it slowly seeps out into the soil. the bottom is porous and allows the water to be distributed over several days. some are plain and others more elaborate. can be a neat touch to a planter.
